Role Overview
Join Palo Alto Networks as a Principal User Experience (UX) Designer. You will lead large, complex, cross-team initiatives, partner closely with engineering to create integrations, and help build a scalable AI-enhanced design process.
Responsibilities
- Lead large, complex cross-team initiatives to improve user experience and design processes
- Align stakeholders around clear design decisions
- Demonstrate deep understanding of product strategy and the product roadmap
- Improve coherence across related product areas
- Produce work that influences other designers, raising overall quality and clarity
- Shape how problems are defined and approached
Requirements
- Deep UX leadership experience driving cross-team initiatives
- Strong product strategy and roadmap understanding
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building or evolving AI-enhanced design processes
- Experience partnering with engineering on integrations
