About the role
Role Overview
As a Principal Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with Wiz’s CTO, Field CTO, Customer Success, Product Management, and R&D to align efforts across the sales process. You’ll be the company’s top field expert in application and cloud-native security, representing Wiz at the highest levels and using field insights to inform product development.
Responsibilities
- Act as the top field expert in application and cloud-native security; provide technical and business feedback to Product Management based on field engagements.
- Partner with sales teams on strategic opportunities to demonstrate the business and technical value of the Wiz platform.
- Support SEs and prospects during POCs with advanced use cases, installation/deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Lead regular thought leadership sessions with field teams to share customer-derived insights and improve messaging/value delivery.
- Help craft messaging and selling of Wiz platform capabilities to prospects and customers.
Requirements (Minimum Qualifications)
- Strong technical background with solid understanding of core IT, InfoSec, Cloud, and DevOps concepts.
- Demonstrated experience in a public cloud architecture career path (AWS, Azure, GCP).
