Role Overview

Join Rescale as a Principal Security GRC Analyst. In this high-autonomy role, you will drive control implementation, audit readiness, and cross-framework harmonization for Rescale’s cloud-based HPC and simulation platform.

Key Missions

Drive control implementation and ensure compliance readiness across selected security/compliance frameworks.
Own large, multi-month/quarter/year compliance projects to maintain ongoing compliance.
Harmonize controls across frameworks, aligning common requirements into practical implementations.
Partner with engineering, product, platform, and other teams to translate compliance requirements into implementable controls.
Work directly with auditors and government officials and represent the compliance program in customer-facing discussions.

Requirements

Deep expertise in at least one security/compliance framework, such as:
- SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, or NIST SP 800 series
Experience managing complex, end-to-end compliance work, including:
- 8+ years across multiple compliance frameworks and audits (small and large)
- Ability to adapt to changes and lead complex implementation efforts
Familiarity with other security frameworks/requirements (examples given): SOC, TISAX, GDPR, ITAR, EAR, NISPOM, CMMC, etc.
US Citizenship required (per the nature of the work).

Nice to Have

Certifications such as CISM, GSLC, Security+CE, CISSP, etc.
