Principal Recruiter

Role Overview

Join Coinbase as a Principal Recruiter on the Core Recruiting team within People Success. You’ll lead full-lifecycle recruiting for complex roles, partner with senior leaders, and continuously improve recruiting processes.

Key Missions & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for challenging searches (from identifying needs to closing).
• Partner with senior leaders to understand talent requirements and develop effective search strategies.
• Apply a data-driven approach to pipeline management and use recruiting metrics to inform stakeholders.
• Leverage generative AI responsibly, with human oversight, to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Drive process improvements across the recruiting workflow.
• Build and scale recruiting processes across global markets.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or similarly fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proven success closing senior and hard-to-attract candidates.
• Strong metrics and pipeline management skills; ability to translate recruiting data into recommendations.
• Deep understanding of the candidate lifecycle, including talent mapping/sourcing, interviewing, and closing.
• Experience building and scaling recruiting processes globally.
• Ability to use generative AI responsibly with human oversight.
