Role overview

As Principal Product Manager (APIs & Integration Platform), you’ll define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for how Zillow’s industry software evolves into a scalable platform for customers, partners, developers, and AI-powered experiences.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Zillow Workspace’s API and integration platform, including:
- APIs
- Webhooks
- Event infrastructure
- Connector frameworks
Turn internal capabilities into external platform offerings with measurable customer and business impact.
Lead enterprise onboarding capabilities, including:
- Roster ingestion
- Identity and access provisioning
- Bulk data workflows
Define long-term API platform commercialization strategy (packaging, pricing, tiering, and go-to-market plans) in partnership with Sales and Business Development.
Establish how Zillow scales third-party connectors via in-house, partner-built, and marketplace approaches.
Set the operating model for platform product management, including:
- Lifecycle governance
- Contract review
- Deprecation policy
- Support
- Analytics
Shape the vision for secure, extensible AI-powered experiences on Workspace.
Influence and mentor PMs across the organization and represent the platform with enterprise customers and partners.

Requirements

8+ years of product management (or equivalent) with focus on platforms, APIs, data systems, or complex integrations.
Track record of building scalable enterprise products.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver technical/infrastructure-driven initiatives supporting customers.
