About the role

Role Overview

Join Twilio as a Principal Product Manager for the Onboarding and Compliance product team. You will own Trust Hub products, with the goal of delivering streamlined registration experiences while maintaining best-in-class KYC standards.

Key Missions

Develop, communicate, and build buy-in for the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Lead cross-functional teams to plan, design, develop, and launch products that execute the vision.
Deeply understand customer needs and collaborate with Engineering and UX to translate them into requirements and use stories.

Responsibilities

Own product outcomes for Trust Hub.
Define and track key metrics.
Manage relationships and alignment with stakeholders.
Lead data-driven business reviews.
Mentor junior PMs.

Requirements

Proven track record leading successful product launches and driving product strategy.
10+ years of product management experience in SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS.
Strong technical/analytical skills and solid understanding of UI/UX design.
Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data for product decisions and to drive measurable outcomes.
High ownership: decode vague priorities, manage conflicting inputs, and push initiatives through ambiguity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Nice-to-haves

Experience working in telecommunications or other regulated ecosystems.
Experience building products/services related to APIs and developer experience.
