About the role
Role Overview
Join Twilio as a Principal Product Manager for the Onboarding and Compliance product team. You will own Trust Hub products, with the goal of delivering streamlined registration experiences while maintaining best-in-class KYC standards.
Key Missions
- Develop, communicate, and build buy-in for the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional teams to plan, design, develop, and launch products that execute the vision.
- Deeply understand customer needs and collaborate with Engineering and UX to translate them into requirements and use stories.
Responsibilities
- Own product outcomes for Trust Hub.
- Define and track key metrics.
- Manage relationships and alignment with stakeholders.
- Lead data-driven business reviews.
- Mentor junior PMs.
Requirements
- Proven track record leading successful product launches and driving product strategy.
- 10+ years of product management experience in SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS.
- Strong technical/analytical skills and solid understanding of UI/UX design.
- Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data for product decisions and to drive measurable outcomes.
- High ownership: decode vague priorities, manage conflicting inputs, and push initiatives through ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working in telecommunications or other regulated ecosystems.
- Experience building products/services related to APIs and developer experience.
