About the role

Role overview

Twilio is hiring a Principal Product Manager for Talent Acquisition & Management Applications. You will own the product strategy and roadmap for talent lifecycle applications and provide product leadership for AI-enabled capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and enhancements of talent lifecycle applications across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Employee Listening.
  • Own and execute the product strategy and roadmap, aligned with enterprise talent strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle: requirements gathering → deployment.
  • Champion Agile ways of working.
  • Analyze system performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Provide product leadership for AI-enabled capabilities, including recruiting-focused AI concepts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver timely outcomes.
  • Manage vendor partnerships and drive integrations across systems.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, or SaaS product management.
  • Deep expertise with recruiting platforms (e.g., Eightfold, Workday, comparable ATS/CRM).
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes and how technology enables them.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts in recruiting (e.g., skills inference and matching).
  • Expert in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset; ability to define and track KPIs and use data to inform product decisions.
  • Experience leading complex Talent Acquisition technology initiatives in global enterprise environments.
  • Ability to influence without authority, manage competing priorities, and drive alignment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across organizational levels.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certifications in product management (e.g., CSPO, PMP) or HRIS domains.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven talent acquisition tools and assessment technologies.
  • Experience applying UX design principles to enterprise HR systems.
  • Experience with workforce planning and talent development processes.

Location / work model

  • Full remote (occasional travel may be required for in-person meetings).
