Principal Product Manager - SaaS Start-up

Role overview

Be the team’s first individual-contributor (IC) Senior/Principal Product Manager for a B2B SaaS telehealth infrastructure and enablement platform. You will own product strategy and execution end-to-end in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead product direction with a strong hands-on approach across both strategy and execution
• Drive 0 → 1 product development and product launches
• Own frontend product outcomes: improve B2B tool usability and user experience (UX), including user flows and engagement
• Create and translate UX designs into product requirements and plans
• Run effective cross-functional product meetings (set agenda/objectives, drive discussion, track outcomes, document decisions)
• Operate autonomously in ambiguous, fast-paced startup conditions

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional SaaS product management experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead product work while staying hands-on
• Experience working in health-tech
• Strong bias for action and ability to lead 0 → 1
• Proven frontend product expertise (UX, user flows, B2B tool building)
• Ability to draft UX designs and convert them into PRDs/product requirements
• Ability to lead meetings and manage execution details
• Must be remote in the US, with US work authorization; no sponsorship and no C2C

Nice-to-haves

• Master’s/MBA or advanced STEM-related degree from a top university
• Background/hands-on experience in UX and/or health-tech
• Ability to manage multiple products simultaneously

Compensation

• Base salary: $225,000–$275,000 (based on experience)
• Plus equity and 20% bonus
