Principal Product Manager - Platform

Role Overview

Principal Product Manager for Seeq’s customer-facing platform capabilities. You will lead strategy and execution for a significant product area used by large enterprises, operating with a high degree of autonomy and evidence-based decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform strategy and roadmap: define the go-forward narrative for how Seeq meets enterprise customer needs.
• Create outcome-based priorities and roadmap tradeoffs aligned to business objectives; communicate the “why” behind decisions.
• Drive enterprise readiness planning, balancing ease of configuration/maintenance with robust guardrails.
• Identify and prioritize capabilities for governance, compliance, and tenant administration for large enterprise customers.
• Be the voice of the enterprise buyer by engaging directly with CIOs, CISOs, IT leaders, and tenant administrators to understand governance, security, and operational requirements.
• Partner with field teams to validate platform capabilities and represent Seeq’s enterprise direction.
• Raise platform quality by collaborating with design & engineering to deliver capabilities that are secure, scalable, and operationally sound.
• Champion reliability, performance, and admin experience to earn and retain enterprise trust.

Requirements

• 7+ years of B2B SaaS product management, including time delivering platform, infrastructure, or data products for enterprise teams and administrators.
• Experience with enterprise platform concerns, including:
  • Multi-tenancy
  • User & role management
  • Data connectors & integrations
  • Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
• Proven ability to build and communicate outcome-based roadmaps (articulate the “so what”).
• Strong use of data to drive decisions: define metrics, run experiments, analyze usage, and iterate based on evidence.
• AI literacy: design AI-powered product experiences and integrate AI into PM workflows.
• Demonstrated success in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments (startups/scale-ups/zero-to-one).
• Ability to connect customer needs, competitive dynamics, and business goals into an investment point of view.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across engineers, executives, and customers.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (field is cut off in the posting).

Nice-to-Haves

• Domain knowledge in process manufacturing or industrial software.
