Principal Product Manager

Role Overview

Join a fintech/information-technology client as a Principal Product Manager to lead the Move Money Platform. You will set product priorities and roadmap direction that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution—working closely with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Move Money Platform’s global product roadmap, strategy, and execution
• Partner with engineering teams through all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Design and manage network connectivity strategies across fiat and crypto
• Ensure redundancy, resiliency, and performance across payment providers and rails
• Maintain compliance with network rules and regulatory requirements
• Represent the company with external networks, banks, and regulators
• Leverage AI to improve network operations and decision-making

Requirements

• 8+ years in payments or fintech product management, including 3+ years owning a global product roadmap
• Experience designing, integrating, and operating payment networks for fiat and crypto
• Deep understanding of payments across North America and EMEA
• Proven ability leading engineering teams across the full software development lifecycle
• Expertise in network resiliency, routing, and performance metrics
• Strong skills in engaging partners and regulators
• Ability to apply AI in network operations
• Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences

Compensation & Location

• Remote (US-based candidates only); no visa sponsorship
• $170,000–$190,000 annually
