About the role

Role Overview

Join SpyCloud as a Principal Product Manager (Investigations) to define and drive an AI-forward product strategy for the company’s investigations capabilities.

Key Missions / Responsibilities

  • Define and direct AI-driven product strategy for investigations capabilities.
  • Identify and drive opportunities to integrate AI, machine learning, and automation into investigation workflows.
  • Build a deep understanding of customer investigation workflows, threat intelligence use cases, and cibercriminalidad trends.
  • Partner across Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Sales to deliver customer-centric, AI-driven capabilities.
  • Translate product vision into executable AI-enabled roadmaps.
  • Use product analytics and model performance/customer usage data to guide investment decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years product management experience, including ownership of enterprise SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated experience leading product strategy and roadmap for complex technical platforms.
  • Experience delivering product launches and GTM/evangelism from a leadership role.
  • Experience building products in cybersecurity / fraud prevention / digital identity / threat intelligence / investigations or adjacent security domains.
  • Experience working with enterprise and government customers to understand workflows and validate product direction.
  • Proven success partnering with engineering and data science from concept through launch.
  • 5+ years of cyber threat intelligence experience using OSINT and darknet data for incident investigation/response.
  • Experience delivering AI/ML-powered products/features with data science teams and model-driven capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS architecture and modern software development practices.
  • Ability to interpret product analytics, model performance data, and customer usage data.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, data platforms, search technologies, analytics, and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Knowledge of identity security/account takeover, malware ecosystems, credential theft, and/or criminal underground marketplaces.
  • Experience with cybercrime investigations, digital forensics, fraud operations, or SOC workflows.
  • Hands-on ability applying AI or machine learning to investigative/security/analytics workflows.
  • Familiarity with collaboration/product tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Figma (or similar).
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity and threat intelligence/investigation platforms.
  • Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, executive communication, and ability to operate in ambiguity in a remote-first environment.
  • Must currently hold or be able to obtain US federal Top Secret security clearance.

Nice-to-haves (implied by the role focus)

  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts including model lifecycle, data pipelines, and evaluation metrics.
  • Experience mentoring/leadership across technical and data science teams.
