Principal Product Manager (Infrastructure, Observability)

Role Overview

Join Elastic as a Principal Product Manager (Infrastructure, Observability). You will define and drive the vision and strategy for Elastic’s Infrastructure Observability product, partnering across teams and working closely with Sales & Marketing to accelerate adoption and impact.

Key Missions

• Define and drive product vision & strategy for Infrastructure Observability, aligned to company and organizational priorities.
• Own the end-to-end experience roadmap by identifying gaps and delivering cross-functional solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on go-to-market strategy, messaging, competitive analysis, enablement, and feature adoption.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management or a closely related field.
• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively across multiple organizations and teams.
• Strong ability to convert abstract problems into concrete, prioritized solutions, working “from the customer backwards.”
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Extensive experience in monitoring cloud and/or infrastructure systems that power modern applications.
• Passion for industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Domain knowledge in Observability and/or performance monitoring.

Nice-to-Haves

• Knowledge of open-source software.
• Experience working in remote, globally distributed environments.
