Principal Product Manager – Health Data Platform at PointClickCare.
You will contribute to the company’s data platform vision and strategy, define and own product roadmaps, and drive execution and delivery to ensure success across the product portfolio. This role represents the needs of healthcare providers, customers, industry partners, and network members and partners closely with architecture, engineering, data science, clinical, compliance, and infrastructure teams.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive long-term strategy for a unified health data platform supporting clinical, operational, and product use cases.
- Collaborate on the architecture for ingesting and processing billions of patient data points across systems such as:
- EHRs, claims, labs, devices, and third-party APIs
- Lead platform initiatives that improve:
- data completeness, lineage, governance, and quality
- Partner with product teams to enable delivery of secure capabilities that support:
- analytics, AI/ML, care delivery, and new product innovation across the enterprise
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge and experience in health data and its uses (including data pipelines and governance).
- Track record building sophisticated solutions from discovery through implementation and delivery.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical challenges into actionable platform product strategy.
- Deep expertise in health data domains.
- Collaborative cross-functional leadership approach to optimize time to value.
