About the role

Role Overview

Principal Product Manager – Post Purchase Strategy is a senior, highest-level individual-contributor role responsible for the vision, strategy, and roadmap for FedEx’s Post Purchase product portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product suite strategy and roadmap for the Post Purchase experience.
  • Lead strategic direction of the portfolio and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital experiences.
  • Drive improvements across the pickup experience, including:
    • Pickup scheduling
    • Changes and status updates
    • Communications
    • Pricing visibility
    • Recovery across web, mobile, chat, and partner experiences.
  • Ensure products deliver exceptional customer value and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in product management, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Experience managing products in the Post Purchase space (e.g., returns, tracking, customer notifications) considered a plus.
  • Strong technical acumen to discuss system architecture and integration points.
  • Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or digital supply chain solutions.

  • Notion, Jira, Airtable, Figma, Mural, Slack
  • Google Gemini, Qualtrics

Nice-to-Haves

  • Prior experience specifically within Post Purchase (returns, tracking, notifications).
  • Demonstrated passion for world-class customer experiences and staying ahead of industry trends.

Work Model / Location

  • Eligible for remote work within the United States excluding AK, HI, and U.S. territories.
  • If living within 50 miles of a FedEx campus, required to work on-site several times per week.
