About the role
Role Overview
Principal Product Manager – Post Purchase Strategy is a senior, highest-level individual-contributor role responsible for the vision, strategy, and roadmap for FedEx’s Post Purchase product portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Own the product suite strategy and roadmap for the Post Purchase experience.
- Lead strategic direction of the portfolio and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital experiences.
- Drive improvements across the pickup experience, including:
- Pickup scheduling
- Changes and status updates
- Communications
- Pricing visibility
- Recovery across web, mobile, chat, and partner experiences.
- Ensure products deliver exceptional customer value and measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years in product management, business analysis, or a related field.
- Experience managing products in the Post Purchase space (e.g., returns, tracking, customer notifications) considered a plus.
- Strong technical acumen to discuss system architecture and integration points.
- Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or digital supply chain solutions.

- Google Gemini, Qualtrics
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior experience specifically within Post Purchase (returns, tracking, notifications).
- Demonstrated passion for world-class customer experiences and staying ahead of industry trends.
Work Model / Location
- Eligible for remote work within the United States excluding AK, HI, and U.S. territories.
- If living within 50 miles of a FedEx campus, required to work on-site several times per week.
