Role overview

Principal Product Manager, AI Factory at Domino Data Lab. You will own the product capabilities that streamline the model development lifecycle—from developing and training to deploying and monitoring AI systems.

What you will do

Define and execute the next chapter of Domino’s “AI Factory” product strategy and vision.
Advance Governance capabilities to integrate model validation/review into the model development lifecycle.
Drive innovations such as automated model documentation and implement industry requirements like attestation and periodic revalidation.
Lead development of the next generation MLOps capabilities for the full AI lifecycle.
Evolve the platform to better support Generative AI models and advanced AI systems.
Expand and enhance MLOps features to help customers streamline AI workflows.
Improve platform integration/coherence to reduce time from inception to production.

What we’re looking for

5+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise software for audiences such as data scientists, ML/AI engineers, or quantitative researchers.
Strong connection to the AI/ML ecosystem, with the ability to engage the community (e.g., conferences, discussions) and articulate a clear point of view on AI/data science.
Strategic and commercially minded: ability to craft product strategy aligned to customer needs and market trends.
Deep expertise in DS/AI workflows and ecosystems (tools, platforms, methodologies behind modern ML/AI).
High product quality bar and strong design/user experience discernment.
Strong technical proficiency and comfort collaborating with engineers on technical trade-offs.

Nice-to-haves

Background in computer science or a related field (or equivalent technical foundation).
