Role: Principal Product Manager, AI

Responsibilities

Lead a cross-functional team exploring agentic workflow offerings in adjacent categories, aiming for product-market fit signaled by contracted ARR and product adoption.
Develop KPIs and metrics to measure success of the offerings.
Drive continuous iteration in a co-creation environment with customers.
Balance delivery and discovery: evaluate customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends; partner with engineering to bring new products to market.

Requirements

8+ years experience as a Product Manager and/or Product Lead.
AI-first mindset: naturally consider AI capabilities when solving product problems.
Strong critical thinking, curiosity, and ownership.
Experience with 0→1 product development (building new offerings where a mature product may already exist in the market).
Effective communication with customers, engineers, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience with 3rd-party integrations and end-to-end product thinking, including GTM motions and partnerships.
Strong data/analytics skills for decision-making.
Customer-focused and solution-oriented; organized and detail-oriented.
Comfortable in high-pressure environments and able to meet deadlines.
