About the role

Role: Principal Product Designer (Tilt)

Create AI-native product experiences for rules-based investment methodologies.

What you’ll do

Lead end-to-end product design for new experiences, from early concepts and user journeys to polished interfaces and launch.
Partner closely with founders, product, engineering, and research to define what to build as well as how it looks.
Design AI-native workflows that turn complex financial concepts into intuitive, approachable interactions.
Prototype quickly, validate assumptions, and iterate using customer feedback, analytics, and experimentation.
Help identify opportunities, influence product direction, and set the design standard across Tilt.
