Join Instructure as Principal of Business Operations and Strategy. You will lead high-impact initiatives that shape company priorities, resource allocation, and progress measurement, while mentoring the BizOps team.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional, enterprise initiatives that influence how the company sets priorities and allocates resources.
• Own strategic planning and execution governance, including:
  • OKRs, QBRs, and operational cadence
  • Enterprise initiative portfolio management
• Mentor and lead the BizOps team, evolving the function from reactive problem-solving to predictive, data-driven operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations (preferably at a high-growth SaaS company).
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills; able to turn insights into action.
• Proven ability to build operational systems and governance models at scale.
• Highly effective communicator with the ability to influence at the executive level.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional programs with executive visibility.
• Ability to balance enterprise-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with operating models that emphasize predictive, data-driven operations (implied by BizOps evolution).
