About the role

Role Overview

As a Presales Solutions Architect, you lead discovery and shape winning ServiceNow solutions—especially in the public sector—by translating client challenges into compelling architectures, demos, and proposals.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead discovery conversations to uncover pain points, define desired outcomes, and determine solution approaches on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Build and maintain a library of tailored demos and proof-of-concepts across core areas (CSM, PSDS, ITSM, HRSD, App Engine, and more).
  • Prototype AI-powered solutions, including agentic workflows, document intelligence, and automated service delivery.
  • Partner with sales on deal strategy and act as the primary technical voice throughout the sales cycle.
  • Create estimates, project timelines, and resource plans that feed directly into proposals and statements of work.
  • Champion AI tools internally to accelerate pre-sales scoping, building, and delivery.
  • Contribute reusable assets to the team (e.g., demo scripts, architecture diagrams, scope templates, solution accelerators).
  • Stay engaged in the ServiceNow partner ecosystem and position Servos’ AI capabilities as a differentiator.

What You Are

  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience across two or more core areas such as CSM, PSDS, FSM, HRSD, ITSM, or App Engine.
  • Pre-sales, solutioning, or consulting experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills—able to make technical complexity feel simple and exciting.
  • Deep curiosity about AI, including Now Assist / AI Agents and broader tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
  • Comfortable client-facing presence; can run discovery workshops and whiteboard solution approaches on the fly.
  • Skilled at scoping and breaking down business problems into an architecture, estimate, and proposal.
  • Team-oriented mindset; builds reusable assets and helps lift the whole team.
  • Client-first thinking and willingness to push back when needed.
