Presales Engineer (DACH) at 360Learning (full remote). You will partner across Sales, Product, and Customer Success to help top learning and development organizations align their growth objectives with 360Learning’s capabilities.
Key missions
- Become an expert in 360Learning’s technology and value proposition
- Support the Product team with insights and feedback based on market needs
- Collaborate with Sales to understand customer requirements and provide pre-sales support
- Help move deals forward through the sales funnel
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders within prospective customer organizations and share expertise with teammates

- Technical/pre-sales discovery and solution support
- Voice of customer: turning customer requirements into product feedback
- Stakeholder advising across customer organizations
