About the role
Role Overview
Join 360Learning as a Presales Engineer (DACH), working at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Customer Success. You will help top learning and development organizations connect their growth objectives with 360Learning’s platform capabilities, and act as an internal technology expert bridging product development and market needs.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in 360Learning’s technology and value proposition, and provide insights/feedback to support the Product team.
- Partner with Sales to understand customer requirements, provide presales support, and help progress opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at prospective customer organizations, sharing expertise and supporting decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong ability to translate customer needs into product value (implied by presales/product collaboration).
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in a presales/solutions engineering role (implied by Sales support and internal technology expert scope).
