About the role
Role Overview
As a Pre-Sales Consultant at Agatha Inc., you will support the pre-sales phases by partnering with Sales and ensuring that customer needs and expectations are accurately translated into feasible demos and deployments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales representatives to understand customer needs and develop a tailored pre-sales approach.
- Prepare and support demonstration environments.
- Participate actively in pre-sales meetings and demos as a key contributor.
- Work closely with Customer Success and Professional Services to align the sales promise with real deployment outcomes.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (or equivalent, Bac+4/5) in engineering, science, computer science, or business.
- At least 2 years of experience in pre-sales, consulting, or a functional role.
- Proven experience (ideally SaaS).
- Strong understanding of business processes, preferably in Life Sciences or other regulated environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to simplify complex topics and persuade effectively.
- Fluent English required (international working language).
