Role overview

Praktikant People & Culture / HR (m/w/d) in Hamburg for six months. You’ll work directly with experienced HR Business Partners and gain hands-on experience across recruiting, applicant management, and HR projects.

Responsibilities

• Gain insight into the end-to-end recruiting process
• Help create and maintain job postings
• Screen applications and handle communication with candidates
• Support the organization and coordination of interviews
• Support day-to-day HR administration and maintain employee and candidate data
• Prepare documents and reports/analyses
• Contribute to projects in personnel development and employer branding (e.g., supporting an Onboarding Week) and bring your own ideas

Requirements

• Currently studying business/economics, psychology, or a comparable program (any stage of studies is acceptable)
• Enjoy working with people and have good German and English skills
• Structured working style and interest in varied tasks
• Team-oriented, comfortable in a dynamic, international environment
• Motivated to gain real practical experience in HR
• Preferably close to graduation or already graduated
