Role: Management Consulting Internship (m/f/d)

You will join scaleon’s strategy projects and work directly with the top management of clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop business cases and create implementation-oriented solutions
• Conduct analyses and interviews; prepare data and synthesize insights
• Present findings to clients using well-structured frameworks
• Support proposal development for new customers and pitch presentations
• Assist with various company-building activities

Requirements

• At least 3 months availability to fully onboard into projects
• Strong interest in strategy development, digital business models, industries, new technologies, innovation, and agile management
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills; comfort using numbers to evaluate issues
• Team-oriented mindset, persistence, and curiosity
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, natural sciences, or a technical field (very good grades)
• German C2 and English at least C1; additional language is a plus
