Power Platform Developer II

Role Overview

Power Platform Developer II at Aretum. You will translate client requirements into functional Power Platform applications, while guiding end-users toward self-service capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using:
  • Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
  • Power Automate
  • Dataverse
  • Plugins
• Build business rules and automation logic to support Power Platform data workflows
• Integrate solutions with REST APIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (backend developers, UX designers, testers)
• Maintain and improve applications through iterative sprints and CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure accessibility, performance, and security compliance
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily standups
• Research, diagnose, and document errors, issues, and resolutions

Requirements

• 4+ years of Dynamics 365 / Power Platform experience (Dataverse and Model-Driven Apps)
• Bachelor’s degree (or 3 additional years experience in lieu of a degree)
• Proficiency in C#/.NET (for Plugins) and JavaScript
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD
• Familiarity with Agile SDLC, user story development, and DevOps practices
• Ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust / Suitability determination (federal contract) and handle CUI as required
• U.S. citizenship / authorization; sponsorship not available

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications such as:
  • Power Platform Developer Associate
  • Azure Developer Associate
• Power BI experience
• Experience with user-centered design and accessibility (Section 508, WCAG)
• Experience with React, TypeScript, and PCF Controls
• Experience with SharePoint

Travel / Location

• Remote role with occasional travel (<10%) for project needs, client meetings, team events, or training.
