About the role
Role Overview
Senior Power Platform & Copilot Studio Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Azure, integrating with enterprise APIs.
Responsibilities
- Copilot Studio Development
- Design, build, test, and deploy Copilot Studio agents
- Create conversational experiences and multi-step agent workflows
- Apply grounding strategies using enterprise data sources
- Configure agent actions, connectors, and orchestrated multi-agent workflows
- Power Platform Development
- Build Power Apps solutions
- Build Power Automate cloud flows
- Create Dataverse-based applications
- Develop reusable automation components and templates
- Integration & API Development
- Integrate agents/workflows with enterprise systems such as:
- CRM, ERP
- SharePoint, Microsoft 365
- Azure services
- Proprietary marketplace applications
- Third-party SaaS platforms
- Build custom connectors and API integrations
- Help scope and design MCP interfaces
- Implement secure authentication/authorization controls
- Integrate agents/workflows with enterprise systems such as:
- Solution Architecture & Delivery Excellence
- Design scalable automation architectures
- Implement governance and ALM processes
- Establish environment management standards
- Support monitoring, observability, and operational excellence
- Collaboration
- Partner with the AI Enablement Lead
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Estimate effort and prioritize delivery roadmaps
- Mentor citizen developers and power users
Requirements
- 5+ years building Microsoft Power Platform solutions
- Education: four-year degree (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with:
- Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse
- REST APIs and Microsoft Graph
- Azure services (including Azure Functions)
- Enterprise security models
- Agile development environments and Scrum (a plus)
- Ability to write unit tests in an MVC environment (a plus)
- Hands-on experience with highly secured enterprise-level applications (a plus)
- Business domain experience in e-commerce and/or back-office applications (a plus)
Nice-to-Haves / Skills
- Copilot Studio and AI agent development; orchestrated workflows
- Prompt engineering and conversational AI
- Basic SQL query writing
- Basic understanding of CI/CD for low-code development
- Source code management; GitHub experience (a plus)
Work Location / Travel
- Primarily remote/home office (approved remote work environment)
- Extensive travel required (50% or more), including frequent overnight stays.
