About the role

Role Overview

The Power Pages Developer designs, develops, and maintains secure, scalable, user-friendly web portals using Microsoft Power Pages. You’ll build internal and external web experiences integrated with Dataverse, APIs, and Microsoft 365, working in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and customize web portals with Power Pages integrated with Dataverse and enterprise systems
Implement secure, role-based access for internal and external users
Create responsive and accessible portal UI/UX
Build custom portal functionality using:
- HTML/CSS/JavaScript/jQuery
- Liquid templates
Configure authentication/authorization using Azure AD B2C / Microsoft Entra ID (or other identity providers)
Implement business logic with Power Automate, Power Fx, and custom APIs
Integrate portals with Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and REST-based services
Optimize performance and ensure data security/privacy
Troubleshoot production issues, support maintenance, and support integrations
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews)
Produce technical documentation, user guides, and training materials
Assist with upgrades, migrations, testing, deployments, and change control
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (CS/Engineering/Math/Business Administration) or equivalent experience
3+ years of web-based application development/support
3+ years with:
- Power Apps / Power Platform
- JavaScript
- jQuery
- HTML/CSS
- SQL, API data integrations, and JSON
Hands-on experience developing/customizing Power Pages (Power Apps Portals)
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
Healthcare industry experience
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a favorable DoD background investigation

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years Power Platform development
Experience with REST APIs, SOA, and web services
Dataverse/SharePoint/Microsoft 365 integration experience
Power BI dashboards/reports
Experience improving performance, scalability, maintainability
Refactoring for reuse and efficiency
Agile/Scrum with Jira stories
Microsoft Power Platform certifications
Azure services and Logic Apps
Familiarity with Power Platform ALM and CI/CD pipelines
