About the role

Role Overview

Fully remote Contract-to-Hire role for a Power BI & Azure Web App Developer. You will design, develop, and support cloud-based business applications and analytics solutions on Microsoft Azure, including customer-facing web applications and data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications hosted in Microsoft Azure
Build and enhance customer-facing portals and business applications
Develop and support Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions
Integrate applications with APIs and other enterprise systems
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions
Support performance, security, reliability, and ongoing enhancements

Requirements (Hard Requirements)

5+ years experience in Azure Web App development (must be detailed on resume)
5+ years experience developing Power BI reports/dashboards/data solutions

Qualifications

Experience supporting modern web applications in cloud environments
Experience with API integrations and data-driven applications
Strong understanding of application architecture, security, and best practices
SQL experience preferred
Auto insurance claims industry experience highly preferred

Nice to Have / Desired Skills

Power BI: DAX, Power Query (M)
Data visualization and KPI/executive reporting
Data modeling: star schema and semantic models
