About the role

Role Overview

You will work as a Porter / Wheels Attendant as part of the W Sydney Wheels team, helping deliver the hotel’s Whatever/Whenever guest culture.

Responsibilities

Handle guest requests for the Concierge and Wheels Desk in line with hotel standards.
Maintain a concierge philosophy focused on understanding and meeting guest needs.
Operate and support key Wheels services, including:
- Main hotel driveway operations
- Car stacker support
- Valet parking
- Transportation services
- Courier/postal dispatching
- Luggage services
- Rooming guests during arrival and farewell
- Serving as a runner for guest requests
Support teams (e.g., Chief Concierge, Duty Manager, Wheels Valet Captain) to ensure guests have the right information before, during, and after their stay.
Contribute to creating a unique, memorable, personal guest experience.

Requirements

Valid full NSW Drivers Licence.
Strong communication skills and a charismatic, guest-focused approach.
Ability to provide personalized and attentive service that exceeds guest expectations.
