About the role

Role Overview

As a Platform Solutions Governance Specialist at Agatha Inc., you will define and formalize a governance framework for managing configured products and ensuring architectural consistency with the Agatha platform. You will support the organization’s transition to scale and maturity and equip the Customer Success team with the tools needed to deliver client projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Define and formalize a framework to manage configured products.
Review solution designs to ensure technical coherence and consistency with the Agatha platform.
Establish standards for configuration and best practices to drive rationalization of configurations.
Act as a central architectural interface between Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams.
Support growth, scale-up, and maturity through structured governance and delivery enablement.

Requirements

Strong background in SaaS architecture and cloud-based systems.
Proven ability to design scalable, standardized, and maintainable solutions.
Solid understanding of integration patterns and distributed systems.
Comfortable operating in evolving, fast-growing environments.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
7+ years of experience in architecture-related roles (Solution, Software, or Technical Architect).

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with a SaaS documentation management product in the life sciences industry.
Experience in scale-up, SaaS, or transformation contexts.
