Role overview

As a Platform Security Engineer at Partly, you’ll own the company’s security posture while also supporting platform reliability. You’ll implement security controls, work hands-on with infrastructure, and help build security processes from scratch.

Responsibilities

Own security incident readiness: participate in SRE on-call rotation and own planning and security incident response testing.
Security audits & compliance: prepare for and successfully complete ISO 27001 and support progression toward SOC 2.
Maintain continuous compliance using Vanta.
Implement least privilege across the stack.
Drive network segmentation.
Advance zero-trust practices.

Requirements

Hands-on ability to implement security controls across platform/infrastructure.
Experience supporting security/compliance programs (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2) or strong familiarity with the audit process.
Ability to contribute operationally via SRE-style incident readiness and response testing.

Nice to have

Experience with Vanta for continuous compliance.
Familiarity with zero-trust architectures and network segmentation approaches.
