Platform Product Manager

Role Overview

As a Platform Product Manager at Joko, you will take end-to-end product responsibility for the company’s internal platforms and technical foundations. You’ll define the product vision and roadmap, drive initiatives around scalability and reliability, and establish success metrics.

Responsibilities

• Define the platform product vision and roadmap, aligning company priorities with technical constraints.
• Own the full product lifecycle for internal tools—from problem definition through delivery and internal adoption.
• Act as the primary internal point of contact for stakeholders: structure requests and arbitrate priorities.
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers and align stakeholders to drive platform initiatives.
• Define and track success metrics for platform outcomes (e.g., reliability, scalability, adoption).

Requirements

• Ownership mindset for internal platform products (vision → roadmap → delivery → adoption).
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to structure demand and prioritize.
• Ability to partner effectively with senior engineering teams.
