About the role
Role Overview
DevOps Engineer (US) — Full-time, remote. You’ll design, build, and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure and own production reliability while implementing DevSecOps and automation across the delivery lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain resilient, secure, and scalable infrastructure using AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker
- Manage end-to-end cloud infrastructure and ensure high system availability in real production environments
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CDK)
- Drive cost optimization and monitor resource utilization across AWS, GCP, and Azure
- Champion DevSecOps best practices (container security, API protection, secret management)
- Build and maintain observability (logging, metrics, alerting, and rapid debugging)
Requirements
- Strong DevOps experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker
- Deep DevSecOps tooling knowledge, including Jenkins, Terraform, Git/Version control, and containerization
- Hands-on experience with large-scale, high-availability production environments and real-time incident/problem resolution
- Solid understanding of DevOps automation and zero-downtime deployments (Terraform, GitHub Actions)
- Proficiency in infrastructure security: IAM, secrets management, network security, and API protection
Compensation & Schedule
- $200K–$300K/year
- 10–40 hours/week
