Platform Delivery Lead

Role Overview

As Platform Delivery Lead, you will lead complex technical programs end-to-end, from concept and planning through execution and launch. You will partner with engineering, product, and business teams to align on shared goals and drive successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical program delivery from initial concept through launch
• Partner cross-functionally to define program scope, goals, deliverables, and measures of success
• Build and maintain program plans, including timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies
• Facilitate technical discussions, clarify decisions, and drive alignment across teams
• Track progress, identify issues early, and proactively resolve risks, blockers, and dependencies
• Communicate status, risks, decisions, and recommended actions to stakeholders at all levels
• Continuously improve program management practices and delivery processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of applicable experience managing complex technical programs; 2+ years specialized/industry experience
• Strong technical background in software development, systems architecture, cloud engineering, cloud architecture, or application development
• Experience managing multiple complex programs simultaneously using Agile/Scrum or similar methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including facilitating technical discussions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-informed decision-making and proactive risk management
• Ability to influence without direct authority and build cross-team alignment
• BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience

• Specialized industry experience beyond general technical program delivery (as indicated by “2+ years’ specialized or industry experience”)
