Role Overview

Lead architecture decisions for a multi-tenant SaaS platform spanning frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure. You will translate product and compliance requirements into scalable software and design core platform capabilities, including tenant configurability, access control, and financial workflow engines.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture decisions across frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure for a multi-tenant SaaS platform
• Build tenant-configurable workflows (fee models, reporting rules, escalation logic, and integrations)
• Design and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) across internal, vendor, and customer portals
• Develop financial engines for payment lifecycle tracking, reconciliation, and audit-ready exports
• Implement structured intake pipelines with validation, alerts, and configurable enforcement of workflows
• Collaborate with product, operations, and compliance stakeholders to turn requirements into scalable systems

Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering experience with ownership of architecture decisions for production SaaS
• Experience building multi-tenant SaaS with tenant-level configurability
• Experience implementing RBAC across multiple user populations and portals
• Experience with financial workflows, including reconciliation, fee calculation engines, and audit exports
• Experience integrating payment processors and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP/CRM) and notification services
• Strong written/verbal communication and ability to document technical tradeoffs
