About the role
Role Overview
You’ll support and maintain customer experience (CX) technology platforms, with a primary focus on:
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Enterprise CCaaS platforms (e.g., Zoom; Genesys and Amazon Connect are also relevant)
The goal is to keep CX systems stable, scalable, and aligned with evolving business needs. This is an early-career opportunity to grow toward CX systems development, integration engineering, or platform architecture, while building hands-on DevOps/release management and CX platform operations experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and support CX platform operations for Salesforce Service Cloud and CCaaS tools
- Assist with releases and release management
- Collaborate with CX engineers, system developers, and business stakeholders
- Help implement improvements to existing CX platforms
Requirements
- Detail-oriented, motivated, and able to support production CX platforms
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with additional CCaaS platforms such as Genesys and Amazon Connect
- Interest in growing into CX platform development/integration and platform architecture
