Role overview

Personalsachbearbeiter (m/w/d) (full-time or part-time) at ACE Advanced Composite Engineering GmbH in Salem.

Responsibilities

• Process time management and support the preparation/post-processing of payroll
• Create HR-related documents (e.g., employment contracts, references/certificates, company notifications)
• Perform general personnel administration, including:
  • document management and maintaining personnel files
  • BAV/benefits administration (and other employee benefits)
• Support HR managers and applicant management
• Contribute to HR projects and their implementation

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Prior experience in HR administration/coordination
• Solid, proven MS Office skills
• Experience with time recording systems (ideally Factorial) is desirable
• Independent, structured working style and strong teamwork
• Commitment and willingness to help

Nice to have

• Knowledge/experience with the Factorial time-tracking system
