Performance Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you’ll handle the day-to-day execution of paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll use performance data to drive insights for stakeholders and collaborate with campaign managers, content, and marketing operations to improve demand generation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute paid digital campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn, Google, and Demandbase
• Analyze campaign results and provide regular performance reporting to stakeholders
• Identify trends and opportunities for campaign optimization
• Stay current on changes and updates across advertising platforms
• Manage relationships with ad platform representatives

Requirements

• High attention to detail with a strong quality bar before campaigns go live
• Ability to communicate clearly and present performance data to non-technical audiences
• Strong data skills: comfortable with spreadsheets, ad platform UI, and marketing analytics dashboards
• Proven experience managing multi-platform budgets and optimizing for pipeline efficiency metrics such as:
  • CPL (Cost per Lead)
  • CPA (Cost per Acquisition)
  • ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
• Experience running structured A/B tests and translating findings into recommendations
• 3+ years hands-on experience in paid digital advertising, including building and managing campaigns in at least three of the following:
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Google Ads
  • Demandbase
  • Programmatic/CTV platforms
  • Review site advertising (e.g., G2, Capterra)
