About the role

Role Overview

As a Performance Marketing Manager for a fast-growing consumer tech startup, you’ll be the right hand to the Head of Marketing. This is a hands-on generalist role owning revenue-driving channels across paid media, retention, and conversion optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and Amazon to drive global revenue.
  • Manage retention channels including email and SMS to maximize customer lifecycle value.
  • Build, test, and iterate on landing pages and offers to improve conversion rates and ROI.
  • Operate in a fast-moving environment with high autonomy across the full marketing funnel (acquisition → retention).

Requirements

  • 6+ years of performance marketing experience with a proven track record of driving revenue.
  • Versatile generalist background in DTC, e-commerce, or consumer tech across multiple channels.
  • Strong bias for action with the ability to execute quickly and independently.

Location

  • San Francisco, USA or Remote (United States).
