About the role
Performance Marketing Lead (Senior, Individual Contributor)
Join Standard Bots to build, run, and optimize paid acquisition and conversion programs across search, social, and the web. You’ll own a predictable, scalable system that generates qualified leads and converts them into customers.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize paid acquisition and conversion programs (search engines, social networks, and web)
- Plan, execute, and improve paid advertising campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Take ownership of conversion architecture across landing pages and key website flows
- Run a structured A/B testing program with clear hypotheses
- Work hands-on with keywords, audiences, ad copy, landing pages, and platform integrations
- Ensure reliable tracking and attribution by understanding marketing technology architecture and conversion data flows
Requirements
- Strong hands-on fluency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and HubSpot
- Deep expertise across paid search, paid social, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Excellent understanding of marketing tech architecture (platform connections, conversion data flow, tracking/attribution)
- Strong analytical mindset (unit economics, funnel math, statistical significance)
- Bias toward speed and experimentation (prefer running tests quickly)
- Excellent ad copywriting skills (search ads, social copy, landing page headlines)
- 5–7 years of performance marketing experience, including 2–3 years in B2B tech / industrial / manufacturing-adjacent markets with longer, technical sales cycles
- Comfortable owning the function in a fast-moving startup environment
Nice-to-haves
- Experience implementing Meta and Google Conversion API (CAPI)
- Familiarity with robotics, automation, or adjacent hardware/software categories
- Experience marketing to manufacturers, plant operators, or industrial engineers
Location / Work mode
- Full remote, with preference for being in or near New York, or open to hybrid work
