People Partner

Role Overview

People Partner at Cariloop, partnering closely with the Chief People Officer to translate People strategy into action. The role focuses on leading and continuously improving People programs, processes, and initiatives that support leaders, employees, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with leaders and employees to understand business priorities, organizational needs, and team dynamics
• Identify opportunities, emerging risks, and areas where People programs can better support organizational success
• Connect insights across People functions (e.g., talent acquisition, engagement, performance, leadership development, culture, and employee experience) to develop recommendations and determine a path forward
• Independently plan, organize, and advance People work from planning through implementation
• Maintain close partnership with the Chief People Officer by keeping them informed and aligned on key decisions
• Lead continuous improvement of People programs and processes

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to translate People strategy into practical execution with sound judgment
• Strong relationship-building and business understanding to diagnose needs and improve effectiveness
• Ability to synthesize insights across multiple talent and employee experience areas and lead to completion
• High level of independence and ownership while partnering closely with executive leadership
