People Operations Manager

People Operations Manager (Remote, US)

Lead HR service delivery focused on consistent operations, employee support, and scalable people processes for a Business Services environment. Partner with people leaders, finance, and executive stakeholders to align rewards and HR processes with business needs and the employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with ADP to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding for US/AMER employees
• Manage day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs
• Provide first-line HR support for employees and managers
• Ensure HRIS data integrity and compliance with federal and state regulations
• Drive process improvements and automation in HR operations

Requirements

• 7+ years of HR Operations / People Operations experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with modern HRIS (e.g., HiBob) and payroll vendors such as ADP
• Knowledge of US federal and Arizona employment laws, including leave management
• Strong HRIS proficiency with emphasis on data accuracy and integrity
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
