Join our People Analytics team as a People Analytics Analyst. In this role, you will serve as a strategic, data-driven partner to leaders across the business, focusing on supporting Sales and Go-To-Market organizations. You will conduct ongoing workforce analysis, lead data storytelling, and proactively partner with business leaders on strategic areas of focus. This position requires strong analytical and technical skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Key missions: Serve as a go-to, business-facing People Analytics expert for People Team Business Partners, the People Leadership Team, and senior business leaders.. Conduct and deliver ongoing workforce analysis, QBRs, and ad hoc analytics that inform and drive better business decisions.. Lead data storytelling: translate complex people data into clear, compelling narratives and recommendations tailored to executive and leadership audiences. Profile: - Experience with data visualization and BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker; Grafana BI a plus) with an interest in enabling self-service analytics - Strong presentation and storytelling skills — you can translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for non-technical audiences - Experience in a people analytics, HR analytics, or workforce analytics role with meaningful exposure to business-facing stakeholders - Strong AI skills and genuine interest in using AI tools to improve how you work — you proactively seek AI-driven solutions and apply your domain expertise to guide and validate them - Experience working with people data from HR systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, LMS platforms, or similar - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; you build trust and credibility with HR partners and business leaders - SQL proficiency: writing complex, efficient queries is a regular part of your workflow (BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar) - Comfort operating in a growing, evolving analytics function where building, iterating, and scaling are part of the job - Resilience and adaptability — you thrive under pressure, handle competing priorities without losing quality, and treat ambiguity as a challenge rather than an obstacle - Advanced experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets for analysis, modeling, and quick-turn insights - An endlessly curious analytical mindset — you love connecting data together and seeing what it reveals - Experience helping define analytics strategy, metrics, or reporting standards - You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay.
