About the role
Role Overview
Pega Composure Suite Architect (certified)
You will architect and deliver modern, scalable Pega applications with a strong focus on UI composition, reusable components, enterprise guardrails, and performance/security best practices. You will lead solution design, establish development standards, ensure quality, and mentor teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise Pega implementations
- Set development standards and ensure quality for Pega solutions
- Mentor teams building Pega applications using modern UI paradigms (e.g., Cosmos/Constellation)
- Design Pega UI composition and reusable component patterns
- Define enterprise guardrails and application layering
- Drive secure integration design and integration strategy (REST/SOAP)
- Support performance/security analysis and tuning
- Provide DevOps guidance for CI/CD, release governance, and environment coordination
- Manage stakeholders and communicate architecture decisions effectively in Agile delivery environments
Required Qualifications
- 8–15 years of overall IT experience with strong Pega architecture background
- Proven experience as a Pega Architect / Lead System Architect on large enterprise implementations
- Strong expertise in:
- Pega Case Management (case lifecycle, stages/steps, routing, SLAs, correspondence)
- Rules resolution and ruleset/versioning
- Application layering and enterprise guardrails
- UI architecture/composition (Cosmos UI / Constellation exposure preferred)
- Data Pages, Report Definitions, integrations, and performance tuning
- Security fundamentals (authentication/authorization, role-based access) and secure integration patterns
- Agile delivery experience (Scrum/Kanban)

- Guardrails and ruleset/application strategy
- Performance analysis and tuning
