Partner Solutions Engineer! - EST Time Zone- AI Agent Startup, Series A ($22M raised in last 5 months!) - $150k Base Salary, generous bonus - Remote

Role Overview

Partner Solutions Engineer on the Strategic Alliances team (North America, Remote). You will be the technical face of ScoutLab.io to partners and help build, enable, and sell joint AI agent solutions with major cloud and services companies.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver joint agentic solutions (production-grade deployments and prototype demos) built on ScoutLab.io and partner technologies
• Write and review Python code to accelerate solution development (including use of AI-assisted code generation)
• Create and maintain partner-facing technical enablement assets, such as:
  • integration guides, reference architectures
  • tech white papers, hands-on labs
  • solution briefs, competitive positioning, case studies, and playbooks
• Join partner and customer-facing meetings to support field sales and deliver hands-on workshops as the technical SME for Lyzr solutions
• Act as technical escalation for complex agent architectures, evaluation frameworks, and production deployment patterns
• Design and build internal GTM tools to accelerate partner go-to-market efforts
• Instrument and measure partner GTM impact (e.g., partner-sourced pipeline)

Requirements

• 3–12 years of experience in customer/partner-facing engineering roles (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer)
• Enterprise experience preferred
• Fluency in at least one major cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Comfortable working in cloud-hosted development environments
• Strong Python (or equivalent) programming capability
• Knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and MLOps practices
• US Eastern Time Zone availability required (8am–6pm ET)

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, N8N, or Lyzr
• Startup experience with enterprise-oriented execution
