Role Overview

Partner Solution Architect for France (Full Remote) at Elastic.

This is a PreSales role focused on the technical management, activation, and enablement of partner relationships in EMEA. You will act as a strategic technical leader who translates Elastic’s capabilities into business value, co-architects solutions, and drives design wins and technical advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the lifecycle of partner agreements from business case through solution build
• Translate Elastic technical capabilities into partner/customer business benefits
• Architect custom solutions by co-creating tailored approaches that integrate Elastic technology into partner offerings and customer environments
• Co-lead design wins with partners and support customer-facing outcomes
• Drive technical advocacy and support co-marketing efforts
• Author customer-facing publications
• Build a community to drive partner and ecosystem growth

Requirements

• Strong understanding of AI and semantic search, including RAG, vector search, and NLP
• Experience working effectively in ambiguous environments and progressing initiatives to completion
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven history of successful customer relations, including designing architectures that solve problems and win against competitors
• Ability to inspire teams to focus on both urgency and what is most relevant
• Ability to travel up to 30% within EMEA
• 5+ years experience working with multinational customers in support of technology sales
• Professional experience architecting/operating solutions on AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure
• 8+ years experience across technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or cloud/infrastructure
