Partner Account Manager (East Coast)

Join Spacelift to build and launch the company’s reseller partner program from scratch. You’ll start with two high-priority partners (Ahead and Presidio) and own relationships end-to-end while partnering closely with Spacelift’s direct sales team.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch Spacelift’s reseller partner program, including deal registration, incentive structures, and partner training/resources.
• Own partner relationships end-to-end, from initial integration through revenue outcomes.
• Enable partner sales teams to position and sell Spacelift effectively.
• Design and implement partner reporting/tracking to measure partner-sourced pipeline, revenue, and engagement.
• Collaborate regularly with sales, marketing, and product teams.

Requirements

• Experience building programs (not only inheriting them).
• Fast-moving, independent operator who can figure things out without a playbook.
• Direct experience working with Ahead, Presidio, or similar national solution providers.
• Technical fluency to understand Spacelift’s value to a platform engineering team.
• Strong cross-functional instincts and ability to work with sales, marketing, and product.
• 3+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or alliances at a B2B software company.
