OutSystems Developer (Remote - United States)

Role overview

Design, develop, test, and deploy OutSystems applications while aligning technical solutions with business requirements and project architecture. You will also contribute to architecture-level decisions through analysis, recommendations, POCs, and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth systems analysis and provide technical recommendations based on business requirements.
• Create detailed designs and proof of concepts (POCs) for OutSystems components, workflows, and functionalities.
• Incorporate role-based access control and transaction lifecycle management into solutions.
• Develop, test, and deploy OutSystems applications according to project objectives and architectural designs.
• Ensure compliance with development, coding, privacy, and security standards.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, development best practices, and guidelines.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the OutSystems platform and architecture (including Service Studio and Lifetime).
• Use relational databases and SQL to optimize data management in OutSystems.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks in OutSystems applications.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience building and deploying applications on the OutSystems platform.
• Experience designing and deploying web and mobile applications using OutSystems.
• Strong understanding of OutSystems platform/architecture, including Service Studio and Lifetime.
• Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Ability to execute development, testing, and deployment aligned to architectural designs.

• Valid and up-to-date OutSystems Architect Specialization.
