OT-D Mobile-App-Entwickler / Mobile-App-Developer (m/w/d) für Android

Role Overview

You will work as a Mobile App Developer (m/w/d) for Android at OPTITOOL GmbH, focusing on the development and continuous improvement of their mobile logistics/warehouse management solution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and further enhance the company’s mobile app and associated front- and backend components
• Implement project-related tasks in Android development
• Extend existing features and functionality of OPTI4Driver
• Design, implement, and test modern system architectures
• Create and deliver new solution approaches

Requirements

• Completed education in a relevant field (e.g., computer science) or comparable training/experience
• Knowledge and experience with Java and/or Kotlin and Android app development (AAE mentioned)
• Analytical and logical thinking
• Strong sense for high-quality design, usability, and clean code
• Enjoy teamwork and tackling new challenges
• High level of initiative for onboarding into new tasks
• Creativity and a quality-focused mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating backend services such as REST APIs and JSON
• Experience with common Android frameworks such as Dagger
