Operations Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between Operations leadership and department leaders.
• Lead and implement operations-focused projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and communicating impact to stakeholders.
• Develop and enforce standards for project tracking, communication, and documentation.
• Create and maintain detailed project timelines with clear milestones and deliverables.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and risks; develop and drive solutions.
• Track and report operational KPIs and metrics to enable continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience managing operational projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate at all levels.
• Experience with project management tools such as:
  • Confluence
  • Jira
  • Basecamp
  • G Suite
• Strong time management and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience driving operational improvements and implementing best practices.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience in high-growth, ambiguous, entrepreneurial environments.

Nice to Have

• PMP certification (or similar).
• Prior experience in the gaming or fintech industry.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year.
